Enjoy a menu created with the Berlin’s only 2 Michelin
starred chef, Christian Lohse, and wines chosen with
our sommelier. You will start off your gastronomic journey
with an aperitif by the sommeliers suggestion.

The Chef’s Table is overlooking the kitchen’s central ‘pass’,
where you will have an unparalleled view of the action.
The Fischers Fritz’ top-notch kitchen brigade will create
a bespoke menu using the freshest market produce and
will cater around your needs. This unique tasting menu will
comprise a wide variety of flavors and textures, using the
finest ingredients and expert skills. Our sommelier will
choose wines that appeal to your preferences and perfectly
complement the food.

The Regent Summer Lounge is another corner of this elegant hotel that will reward careful exploration. The terrace is located in the peaceful inner courtyard adjacent to the Lobby Lounge. This enchanting scene is complemented by the delicate and flavorful selections of our creative menu. Savor the flavor, the incredible aromas and the perfect presentation of each culinary creation.

Featuring only the freshest of ingredients, the innovative menu offers a tempting selection of small plates, salads and mouth-watering pasta dishes– prepared by Chef de Cuisine Christian Lohse and his top notch kitchen brigade. Lounge-like furniture and lush greenery create the feeling of dining in a secluded sanctuary.

The terrace is open daily from 10:00am - 10:00pm.
